Lisa spent years inside performance-driven environments — first as an athlete and later through business, family and community work. Across those different environments, the same pattern kept appearing: people are often evaluated by what they produce while what they are carrying remains unseen.
The uniform changed. The title changed. The expectations changed. But the person underneath could still become invisible.
That observation became CAREGD.

Years ago, my basketball coach described me as “the hub of the wheel.” I never forgot it.
Much of my life has been about connecting people, ideas, resources and relationships that could do more together than they could apart.
Today, I understand CAREGD as that instinct turned into infrastructure.
